Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order from us, which is why we have a 30-day return policy starting the day you receive your order (excluding customised and personalised goods). So, if there’s a problem with your product, please get in touch as soon as possible, remembering to quote your order number.
If you've ordered the wrong size product (it happens we know!) we'll exchange it for the right size as long as it's in it's original condition. (So please don't stick on any skins before you know they're the right size!).
Unfortunately we can't offer any refunds for products that have been used, or aren't in their original condition (e.g. MacBook skins that have been applied).
Any unwanted orders must be returned to us quickly and in good condition, in their original packaging with any tags still attached.
To ensure your purchase is in a returnable condition, carefully open the packaging and check the product is the correct size before removing using it. If you are concerned about the fit contact us, rather than attempting to apply it.
Returns from the US
Please contact us to arrange to return your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to pay shipping for unwanted or wrong-size US orders.
However, if an item is found to be defective, or in case of our error, we will refund any reasonable costs accrued in returning the order/item back to us. (But please confirm shipping prices with us before returning.)
For all returns, please include the packing slip from your initial order within your parcel so we can quickly identify you. We recommend that all customers get proof of posting for any items being returned to us and keep this safe until you have received confirmation that we have received your returned goods.
