Covid-19 Update

Just like you, we’re all learning how to manage and navigate these uncertain times and trying to focus on what truly matters most. 

We know that each one of us has been affected by this global crisis, and we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. 

There are certainly more important things happening in the world right now than us launching a new MacBook skin or iPhone case. 

The Covid-19 effect is hitting our sales (and millions of other small businesses) hard but for those of you that do want to order and as long as it is safe for us to do so, we will continue making and shipping out to our customers.

Whilst we are working, we will continue to make sure that we adhere to all government recommendations and requirements (plus our own common sense and judgement) to keep our both ourselves and customers as safe as possible. 

In case you didn’t know, we are a small team (just 3 of us) here in Wales. Luckily, both Hannah and Jason have been able to work remotely, whilst Jonathan continues to man the workshop.

Covid-19 - FAQS

How safe are your current shipping options in relation to Covid-19?

Public Health England has advised that there is no perceived increase in risk of contracting the new coronavirus for handling post or freight from specified areas. From experience with other coronaviruses, they have advised that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.

We are working very closely with our couriers to ensure all orders are delivered on time and safely. Royal Mail and FedEx will not ask for signatures when handing over parcels to customers and will place the item at the door. Having knocked on the door, the driver will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure the item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

Where are your products made and what steps have you taken for safety against the Coronavirus?

All our products are made at our workshop in Wales, UK. We have taken stringent precautions at our workshop and are following strict protocol when it comes to hygiene and abiding by all government advice.

What should I do if I'm not able to return my order due to closures and restrictions?

In light of COVID-19, we have extended our return and exchange policy from 30 days to 90 days, no questions asked. If your return is at risk of falling outside of this window, please reach out to help@cover-up.com for more information.

Will there be a delay in delivering my order?

Whilst we're currently shipping out orders in record time, in light of the current Coronavirus (Covid-19), it's possible that you may experience delivery delays. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
